I can’t recommend Mark from highly enough! I had a large decking area that I completely ruined about two years ago by using a branded “designated” decking stain. At first it looked fine, but soon it started peeling in places, while in other spots it soaked in like a sponge and became impossible to clean. Over the past couple of years, I tried a number of deck cleaners myself, but no matter what I did, it still looked horrible. Mark came to the rescue. He didn’t just turn up and start blasting away — he first patch-tested one product, and when it didn’t work, he went away, researched another option, and came back to test again. This time it worked! He explained clearly that the process couldn’t be rushed if I wanted the best results, and that it would have to be done in stages. True to his word, Mark took his time and put in the effort — travelling back and forth, working in sections, and making sure every part came out right. He didn’t just “do the job” and leave; at the end, he went over the whole decking again, tackling the most stubborn areas until they were perfect. The transformation is unbelievable — my deck honestly looks like it was just installed yesterday! I never thought it could look this good again. He also cleaned up after himself and was extremely reliable, turning up on time every single visit. It’s rare these days to find tradespeople who take such pride in their work, but Mark definitely does. I’m beyond happy with the results and will 100% be calling him again for any future jet washing jobs. Thank you so much, Mark! 🙌
